Can I cancel or adjust my order?

For preorders and regular orders alike, you may cancel an order if and only if it has not yet begun its shipping process. Please email us immediately at submissionbandit@gmail.com for any questions regarding canceling an order, changing a size or adding an item- we will do our best to accommodate any updates or cancellations. This also includes changing sizes or the address to where the products need to be delivered. 

What about returns and exchanges?

If you got the wrong size, or there is something wrong with your order, and you would like to return or exchange your products, send us an email at submissionbandit@gmail.com within 30 days of its arrival.  We take care of our customers, and we know the importance of having the right gi in the correct size. We can only do an exchange or issue a refund on unused and unwashed items, so make sure to hit us up about any issues or concerns before rolling around in your new gi.

What about refunds?

Not digging your new gear for any reason, and don’t want to exchange just yet? We got you. If your hit us up within thirty days of receiving your order and have not trained in or washed your gear, send an email to submissionbandit@gmail.com. We will issue a refund, minus the cost of shipping, once we have received and inspected your product.
